Meet Our Team

Gianna Marie Scappucci joined the KennMar team as a Director of Brokerage in April of 2024.  In this role, Gianna will be responsible for supporting KennMar’s retail leasing initiatives by building relationships with new and expanding tenants.  Specializing in consumer retail and restaurant concepts, Gianna will represent client tenants across other portfolios to grow exposure and ensure their continued success.

Gianna began her career over 25 years ago at Scannell Properties where she was part of the commercial development team. She also worked as a development Research Analyst and subsequent Leasing Associate with Simon Property Group. While working at Finish Line Corporate, Gianna held the position of Labor and Operations Analyst where she gained experience working with tenants and was responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, and reporting.  Most recently Gianna has had success in owning several businesses ranging from retail services and consulting, to founding a mediation company focused on family law, tenant / landlord disputes and resolution.
